Your time and confidence are important to us at FilingPro. Although we make every effort to be flexible and client-centered, some processes simply need strict policies to facilitate proper service delivery. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- To request a refund, please email us at support@filingpro.io with your order number and the reason for the request. Refund requests must be made within 1 day of purchase or before the work has started—whichever comes first.
- Once compliance experts are assigned or documentation begins, cancellations cannot be accepted. Due to the nature of our services, full or partial refunds may not be available after work starts.
- Same-day or priority processing orders are non-cancellable because the operational workflow immediately commences after confirmation and cannot be interrupted mid-process.
- Cancellations are not accepted for orders booked under promotional offers, flash sales, or festival sales like Republic Day, Holi, Dussehra, Diwali, or Financial Year-End offers. These are time-bound and pre-scheduled resource-based offers.
- Any refund that may be applicable due to a cancellation request will be governed exclusively by the FilingPro Refund Policy, which may change and will be posted on the official website from time to time.
- All cancellation requests should be made in writing through the official email address (support@filingpro.io) accompanied by a valid order number and cancellation reason. Cancellation requests over the phone shall not be regarded as valid.
